This FPAN curriculum allows students to explore the history and science behind Florida's conquina stone. The Coquina Queries workbook is designed for 4th and 5th grade instruction, but can be adapted and used as a great jumping off point for Middle School science classes (geology and physics of Conquina quicklime).
